Subject: Submission of the 2027-2028 Tamkang University Exchange Students Internal Screening Guide. (Japanese Group) Please assist in disseminating this information, and kindly ensure that the required student documents are submitted to our office by 5 PM on March 2nd.

Description:

I.  The 2027-2028 Tamkang University Exchange Students Internal Screening Guide (Japanese Group)  and a list of partnership  universities are attached.

II.  The application period is from February 23, 2026 (Monday) to March 1, 2026 (Sunday), 5:00 PM. Students are required to complete the application form online, print it out, and prepare all required documents in accordance with the internal deadline set by their respective departments. After conducting a qualification review and recommendation, departments are requested to submit the recommended students’ documents to our office via official correspondence by 5:00 PM on March 2, 2026 (Mon).

III.  Person in charge: Mr. Jacob Chan, extension 3759.

IV.  The activity is connected with Sustainable Development Goals, the United Nations: SDG4 (Quality Education) & SDGS17 (Partnerships for The Goals).
